What's scary around Toledo? Mostly farms, and mostly outdoors. Field of Fear in Monclova runs four haunts, including an old cemetery maze and a quarantine zone, for a $30 combo. A $15 fast pass skips the lines for all four. If you want something different, I'd look at Kesters 'Tis The Season Haunted Woods in Swanton. A wagon drops you at a corn maze in the dark, you find your way through, then you walk the haunted woods. Plan on about an hour.
Garrison Ghost Walk at Fort Meigs in Perrysburg is lantern-lit, with ghost stories around campfires, Oct 16 to 24, $17 for adults. Heads up: tickets aren't sold at the door, and it's not meant for kids 8 and under. The list is short since only places that posted 2026 dates make it, but it's pretty considerate. On Oct 9 and 10, a community trail at Maumee Bay State Park runs sensory-friendly for its first hour, and Haunted CAC has a no-stairs path from 7 to 9 p.m.
