Five haunts under one roof. That's Fright Nights, set inside an 82,000-square-foot factory in Syracuse, with a killer clown maze, a full-size 3-D ship and something called the Devil's Dungeon Slide to Hell. Buy online, since it's cheaper than the gate.
Most of the rest are farm-style scream parks and hayrides, and the two in Fulton price in cash. Frightmare Farms Haunted Scream Park has four attractions, including a hayride, and most people spend 2 to 4 hours there. FYI: if someone in your group is nervous, ask for the free Candlelight Option at the box office before 9:00 PM and the walk-throughs get less intense. 13th Hour Rising Haunted Hayride is $40, cash only, with an ATM on site. For little kids, Spooktacular Stroll in Liverpool is a half-mile glowing path that's designed to be not scary at all. It's $25 per car, and on-site sales are cards only.
