Haunted houses in Scranton & Wilkes-Barre

Reaper's Revenge Haunted Hayride and Attractions is the heavy hitter around Scranton. It's a haunted hayride plus four more attractions, including Pitch Black and Sector 13. Plan on at least 90 minutes to do all five, and it's not recommended for kids under 10. Arrive early, especially on the nights their calendar flags as busy. Horror Hall 2026 down in West Nanticoke is all indoors, over 20,000 square feet, so rain doesn't matter.

The list is only four places long, because only places that posted 2026 dates make it. Luckily they cover the range. Gravestone Manor: Dead Sleep in Plains is the odd one out. It's a story-driven theatrical haunt with no chainsaws or air horns, it's $12 for everyone, and it benefits the United Way. And The Halloween House of Peckville is a FREE walk-through with animatronics and live horror characters. It's weather permitting, so check before you go.
