For a walking tour, Vampire Ghost Adventures Walking Tour is the odd one, led by a vampire guide, with what they say are real haunted objects and a stop inside the Chambers of Terror. They suggest 13+ for the gory details.
In town, Salem's Witch Mansion is a fully automated walk-through with animatronics and ghost illusions, $15 for adults plus a fee. Call ahead to check hours, since October weekend hours depend on weather and crowds. For a full-on scream park, you'll have to drive.
