The weirdest pick around Portland is a haunted house with a bar at the end. The Haunted Eye Haunted House & Pop-Up Bar walks you through a 100-plus-year-old building and lets you out straight into a Halloween bar with blood bag drinks and syringe jello shots. Heads up: it's 21+ only, so bring ID. It runs Oct 23 to 31.

For straight-up haunted houses, the two big ones are both close to town. Scaregrounds PDX has several indoor houses, scarezones and theme park rides, and tickets are cheaper online.
