Two of the four places on this list have almost the same name, so read carefully. The Haunted Hollow is the one in Ogden, about 3 miles out, with 13 acres of dark forest, demons and a sinister shack. It's the scariest-rated thing here. Haunted Hollow, no "The", is up in Wellsville in Cache Valley, a river-hollow walk themed 250 Years of Horror. It's $12 and recommended for 8 and up. They sell the last ticket at 10:00 pm, so don't cut it close.
Why so short? Only places that posted 2026 dates make it, and most of what's left is family stuff. Dinos in the Dark lets kids trick-or-treat at the Dinosaur Park after dark, while braver visitors take the haunted paths with jump scares. If you're arriving together, make sure everyone picks the same entry time at checkout. Gibson's Green Acres Fall Festival is the no-scare option, with two corn mazes, wagon rides, a pumpkin patch and farm animals.
