Four haunts, and three of them sit at the top of the scare scale. That's the whole list for now, since only places that posted 2026 dates make it. Nightmare at 3008 in Fultondale is a full-contact touch haunt, which means the creatures can grab you, follow you and surround you. You still can't touch them back. General admission is $25. Atrox Factory in Leeds is the big indoor one, a quarter mile of hallways inside a 50,000-square-foot building (they call it the largest indoor haunt in the Southeast). Have your ticket on your phone or printed out, because they won't let you in without it.
Warehouse 31 Haunted Attraction in Pelham runs Oct 16 through Halloween and adds a Lights Out Lantern Night. Book that one ahead. If you've got kids, the Haunted Woods of Hoover Ridge on Oct 24 is $10, and there's a daylight session so younger kids can walk the trails before it gets dark. No ghost tours made the list here yet.
